Coffee Yogurt Pudding

250g yogurt
100g whipping cream
1-2 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 egg
4 egg yolks
100g caster sugar
1 tbsp kahlua
1 tsp vanilla essence

1. Preheat oven to 160 degree Celcius.
2. Scald the yogurt and whipping cream. Add in coffee powder. Stir until dissolved.
3. Beat the egg, egg yolks and caster sugar until creamy.
4. Pour the hot cream into egg mixture, whisking constantly.
5. Add kahlua and vanilla essence and stir well. Strain.
6. Divide the cream among four remekins. Bake over water for about 30 mins until custards set. Serve hot or cold.
