Little Guy, Big Kitchen

A Little Guy Woking in His Big Kitchen

Home Sweet Bungalow

Yesterday, me and family went to my home sweet bangalow my parent’s bungalow which is still yet to be furnished. It was like an hour drive! Lucky it was my sis who drive. lolx. It was fun though esp with mum doing most of the talking and yelling when there’s cows crossing the road. Cow Cow! Lolx. Just kidding. So, I was of course snapping pictures as it was my first time going to a town like this!

This is the Sg. Pelek town. Gosh, what a town eh. I love town like this. Ah, good old days. Quiet and serene.

Restaurant Hong Seng Bay
We stop by at this famous Restaurant Hong Seng Bay for lunch. It’s near the beach! Wow… So here’s some pics taken from left to right.

This is the front view and closeup view.

The best view is of course the beach which is just beside. Too bad it was on low tide.

Did you notice the boat below?

We had these for lunch. Ah, so appetising. It came in order as below. The crab was last as it has to crawl all the way from the beach. lolx

We also went to buy some pau’s from this famous shop. I went into their Kitchen! Without even being caught! lolx

So, finally we are at the house.

This is the frontal part and I’ve used panorama to stitched up. Take sometime to load as it’s a big pic.

Not far far away was this lake.

1. Click HERE for more info on the restaurant.
2. For the Buns Shop, I’ve update with the map too.

  1. When I look at the pics, I have some sense of familiarity, the beach, the restaurants, the seaside… it look like places at my hometown, suddenly I missed my far far far away hometown ~~~~~~

The food seem so delicious esp the crabs, yummy yummy ๐Ÿ™‚ The steam fish look like Steam in Teo Cheiw Style which was with beancurd and salted vege, but I hardly saw any bean curd there leh, maybe is different style? But it look so yummy! ๐Ÿ˜›

The 2nd Row 1st pic isit Nai You Prawn (cheese prawns or nestum prawns)?? My favourites leh but it’s a hard-to-cook dishes especially the cheese part. I keep trying few ways of prepared it before but everytime failed!

The bungalow looks nice ๐Ÿ™‚ Have small lil garden some more, can grows some plants to decore the environment ๐Ÿ˜› Can hold BBQ there leh! ๐Ÿ˜› The air is fresh and not as pollute as in KL i believe, it must be really a nice place for weekend holidays ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. LGK, where is this Sg Pelek? Don’t think I’m familiar but sure looks like a nice place – somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle of KL. But then again, it’s the hustle and bustle that makes KL interesting, right?
