Steamed Pork Slices with Preserved Mustard Cabbages

200g pork
100g preserved sweetened mustard cabbages
50g fresh ginger, shred finely

1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp water

1. Rinse pork and slice thinly. Season with marinade, mix well. Marinate for about 15 mins.
2. Wash and clean the preserved mustard cabbages, shred finely and soaked into water for 5 mins. Remove and drained. Then stir-fry in a preheated dried wok till fragrant, remove from heat.
3. Deep fry shredded fine ginger into hot oil till crispy and golden in color. Dish up. Leave aside.
4. Put the shredded preserved mustard cabbages onto the steaming platter, then top with the marinated pork slices. Steam together over high heat for 10 mins till cooked. Remove from heat, drizzle with crispy ginger shred on top.
