Sauted Mushroom and Veg Chicken


150g vegetarian chicken balls

6 chinese mushrooms, soaked and cubed

50g fresh ginger, chopped


1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce paste & 2 tbsp water. Both mixed well.


1. Stir-fry vegetarian chicken balls in a preheated dry wok till fragrant. Remove and leave aside.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp sesame oil to fragrant the chopped ginger. Blend in mushrooms, stir well. Add in sauce misture and prefried vegetarian chicken balls. Then stirring over high heat until well combined or dry.
