Fried Egg in Ginger & Glutinous Wine Soup


2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

50g shredded ginger

2 tbsp sesame oil

200ml glutinous rice wine

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

50ml water


1. Beat egg and salt together lightly.

2. Heat up sesame oil to fragrant the ginger till golden brown. Add in beaten egg and shallow fry till cooked and slightly golden in color.

3. Add in water, bring to boil and cook for a while. Belnd in wine and bring bck to boil.
