Chicken in Ginger Gravy


1/2 no (300g) chicken kampung

200ml fresh ginger juice

4 tbsp rice wine

100ml chicken broth


1. Wash chicken, pat-dry oil and cut into pieces. Then stir-fry with tbsp sesame oil in the preheated wok until fragrant or until the chicken pieces color is changes. Pour in chicken broth, bring to boil.

2. Add in ginger wine, cook for a while. Belnd in rice wine and bring back to boil. Simmer for few secs. Remove from heat.
