Steamed Chicken Thigh Rice


2 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces

200g rice, 400g water


1 tbsp shredded ginger

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp light soya sauce

1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar

Some sesame oil and pepper

3 heatproof bowls


1. Mix chicken whole legs with marinade and marinade for 2 hrs.

2. Wash rice and drain. Divide into 3 portion, put into separate bowl and add in water.

3. Arrange into a streamer and steam for 15mins. Remove and arrange chicken pieces on top. Steam for another 15 mins or until cooked.
