Rice With Seafood & Egg Gravy


2 tbsp oil

1 tsp chopped garlic

100g lean pork, shredded

300ml water

200g prawn meat

200g fresh squid, shredded

1 egg, beaten

2 stalks spring onion, cut into 3cm

4 bowls rice


1. Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic until fragrant. Add in shredded lean pork and stir fry until aromatic. Add in water and bring to boil.

2. Add in prawns, squid and bring to boil. thicken with corn flour water.

3. Add in beaten egg and stir well. Add in spring onion and pour on rice.
