A Little Guy Woking in His Big Kitchen

Prawns in Spicy Milk Sauce

600g prawns, slit back and deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp curry leaves
1 tsp chopped chilli padi
100ml evaporated milk

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100ml curry powder


1. Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until cooked. Dish and drain.
2. Melt butter in a pan and saute curry leaves and chilli padi until fragrant. Add in evaporated milk, seasoning and bring to boil.
3. Add in prawns and stir-fry at high heat until well mixed.
