A Little Guy Woking in His Big Kitchen

Minced Ginger & Spring Onion Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
200g young ginger, peeled, diced, mixed with 100ml water and blended into puree
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
100ml oil

Seasoning
1 tsp chicken stock granule
1 tsp salt
a little sesame oil

Method
Heat up oil and put in ginger puree and seasoning. Stir and cook until boiled. Add in chopped spring onion, stir well and remove from heat. Leave to cool before storing.
