A Little Guy Woking in His Big Kitchen

Traditional Hakka Drunken Chicken


Ingredients

3 bottles glutinous rice wine (750ml x 3)

1 chicken, cut into pieces

100g sliced ginger

1 tsp salt

Sugar to taste

Method

1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute ginger and chicken until fragrant. Add in glutinous rice wine and cook for 10 mins. Add salt, sugar and taste.
