White Curry Chicken


Ingredients

3 Chicken whole leg cut into small pieces

250ml thick Santan

300ml water

2 red chili

2 green chili

Spices (grounded)

10 pcs Shallots

5 cloves Garlic

2 stalks Serai

5g ginger

4 pcs Buah Keras

Seasoning

Dash of salt and MSG

Method

1. Boil santan in wok with low heat until boiled, then add in grounded spices and saute until oil emerged (pic 1-2).

2. Add in chicken, stir fry and then pour in 300ml water and continue to boil until the meat is cooked (pic 3-4).

3. Add in green and red chili and seasoning, bring to boil and dish out.
