Steamed Chicken with Dang Gui

Ingredients
1/2 no chicken “Kampung”
10g chinese Angelica/”Dang Gui”
1 tbsp medlar seeds
5 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Rinse chicken and cut into pieces, drain well. Season with ginger juice and 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine for a while.
2. Soak Dang Gui and medlar seeds with Shaoxing wine for about 20 mins. Then combine with chicken pieces and salt, mix well. Marinate for abt 10 mins. Steam over high heat for 15 mins until cooked thorough.
