Thai Sambal Paste

Ingredients 10 shallots, peeled and chopped 3 stalks lemongrass, chopped 3 cm galangal, chopped 5 pcs kaffir lime leaves, chopped 4 tbsp assam paste, mixed with 4 tbsp water and squeeze out juice 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp lime juice 100ml oilMethod 1. Heat up oil, saute chopped shallots until fragrant. Add in lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, chilli padi and stir-fry until aromatic. 2. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

100 Camels for Wife

US tourists, a man and his wife are traveling in the Middle East. An Arab approaches the husband, saying, "I'll give you 100 camels for your woman."

After a long silence, the husband says, "She's not for sale."

The indignant wife says, "What took you so long to answer?"
